Once the payments is cleared, we will process your order and arrange the shipment within three working business days (NOT including SUNDAY), but normally we will ship out the same day once the payments is cleared.

(b) Pricing and Availability

We try our best and ensure that all details, description, items, stock availability and price listed on our site are accurate but sometimes error or human mistake may occur. If we discover any mistake on the price or stock availability, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm the order at the corrected price or to cancel it and get the full refunds though there is any charges of credit card may occur from the bank side.If for some reasons you would like to cancel once the payments is done or your credit card have been charged, you will get the refund amounts less any bank charges that occur. You only have 24 hours time limit to cancel the order at the time of confirmation order.

(c) Payments

Upon receiving your order, we will carry out the authorization check on credit card payments with Veritrans to ensure that credit card is legitimate. Once the card payments or bank transfer or ATM payments is cleared, we will send the notification email/Whatsapp or telephone call for confirmation delivery. Normally the shipping time is three business working days NOT including SUNDAY. But normally we will ship out the goods once the payments is cleared.

Pricing
For overseas customers – all the price are quoted in USD currency only. For items that indicate P.O.R (Price on Request) please kindly sent us an email (customercare@watch-collectors.com) for the quotation.
For local customers - Buying online using credit cards (Visa and MasterCard), bank transfer, ATM, payments must be in Rupiah Currency.

Shipping and Delivery

International shipping

We ship the package around the world. For International shipping, we use Fedex carrier if amount of the items above USD 1000, or EMS speedpost for less than USD 1000. The tracking number will be provided once the shipment is sent out. If there is any import tax incurred including VAT (Value Added Tax) or GST tax at your country, it is for buyer accounts. 

For international destination, now it is FREE shipping worldwide by Regular Postal Office which may take two to three weeks or more. And if you want express shipping and dont mind to pay the extra charges, we will ship out by EMS speed post which normally takes around five working days. And the charges would be USD 35,- on buyer's account.

Domestic Shipping

For Domestic shipping, we use JNE express/Go-Jek one day service. For Jakarta area, we can deliver door-to-door service but depends on the area.  Our standard delivery time, normally it takes three business working days NOT (including Sunday). Title and Risk of LOSS

For any circumstances that package are lost during the shipping by JNE or any carriers, the risk of loss or damage shall pass to the buyer. Any claims of damage or loss of items should be made directly to the JNE or carriers. For claims of shortage or items not function properly upon receiving, please kindly notify us immediately within two days after receipts of the goods and must accompanied by airway bill by JNE or other carriers with the proof of signature upon receiving the goods.

RETURN OF PRODUCTS

Items or goods purchased via online are not returnable. And customers must bear all the necessary shipping charges.

WARRANTY

All the watches sold on our website are genuine and SORRY no fake or replica watches allowed. For the brands like Ancon, Montres-Militaire, Heroic18, MWG, Narvel Seven, Nethuns and Zuriner watches have International Warranty for one or two years depend on the policy of each brand stated in the warranty card.
